Manager - Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
- As a Sales Manager at Bank, your primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and increase the bank's Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) base. Also, Responsible to cross selling third party Banking products.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identifying potential customers through various channels and acquiring them.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients.
- Cross-selling other banking products and services to customers.
- Meeting assigned targets for new customer acquisition.
- CASA account opening and cross-selling of banking products and services.
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
- Minimum 2 to 4 Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Must Have Team Handling Experience.
- Strong Communications Skills.
