Job Description :
- Manage customer complaints and find results in sales techniques and methods through that data.
- Track the sales performance of the sales team.
- Set sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with other members of the Company to determine the organization's goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to a set of conceivable customers.
- Create and sustain good interaction and customer relations.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
Requirements :

- Age: 21 to 39
- Qualification: Any graduation
- 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of Any Field
- Good Communication skills
- Leadership skills
