Manager - Sales - Bank (2-3 yrs)
- Supporting the acquisition team in locating and obtaining new business opportunities is the responsibility of an assistant acquisition manager. Success in this position requires a combination of experience in finance, business development, and related sectors, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- This position is permanent and available.
- This position is in sales, not branch operations. calls for fieldwork.
- The incumbent will be in charge of either, or maybe both, of the products (savings and current accounts).
- To recruit customers from a pool of potential people, small businesses, trusts associations, societies, and corporate for the bank's current account and savings account products.
- To increase and strengthen sales volume and figures.
- To cross-sell TPP such Asset Products, Gold, Insurance, Lockers, and FD.
Key Activities :
- Cold calling
- Scheduling appointments
- Learning about the profession and needs of the consumer
- Introducing and outlining appropriate items
- Resolving queries from converted customers
- Managing databases
Skills Required :
- Postgraduate (in any discipline) or graduate studies
- Sales abilities with a specific emphasis on gaining new CA/SA
- Fluent communication and a fundamental comprehension of English
- Being presentable and exhibiting basic manners
