Manager - Sales - Bank (2-10 yrs)
Post : Sales Manager - Branch Banking
- Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self-generated or may be regenerated by the Branch Ops, Call Center teams, and/or other sources.
- Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial needs and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.
- Take daily follow-up of clients
- Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
Candidate Preference :
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to convince and influence others
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
- Willing to travel in the designated region/city
- Local Language preferred
Desired Candidate :
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- Candidate should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in life insurance and 2+ years of experience in BFSI Sales Marketing
- Having the best communication skills
- Ready for sales to walking customers in the bank
