Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the corporate agency channel of the Bancassurance channel in accordance with corporate goals and objectives is a key responsibility.

- Create relationships with important bank partners by identifying them, and keep a healthy pipeline of potential customers.

- Establishing specific performance goals and keeping track of results, hire, train, and manage a group of corporate agency sales professionals.

- To find new opportunities for growth and to stay one step ahead of the competition, keep an eye on market trends and rivalry.

- Develop and implement successful sales campaigns and promotions in conjunction with other organizational departments, such as marketing and product development.

- Create and maintain a high performance and customer service culture to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.

- Make suggestions for improvement as needed after conducting routine reviews and analyses of market trends and sales performance.

- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, practices, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in any subject

- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the BFSI industry; under 35 years of age

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong team management and leadership abilities

- Ability to function both independently and in a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
