Manager - Sales - Bank (1-4 yrs)
- We are looking for Sales manager in banking Domain.
Responsibilities :
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in agency channel sales management in the Life, Health or General Insurance industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and expand our agency network, including recruiting new agencies and developing relationships with existing agencies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing agency networks, driving sales growth, and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train agency sales teams.
Candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1-4 years of sales experience is required
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
