- You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and maximizing the team's performance. As a Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of field sales representatives in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Set sales targets and closely monitor progress against targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in field sales, with a track record of achieving targets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.

- Result-oriented and driven to achieve sales objectives.

- Flexibility to travel and work in different locations as required.
