- Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and implementing plans to achieve them.

- Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members, providing them with product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales forecasts, track progress, and adjust strategies to meet changing market conditions.
- Develop sales collateral, presentations, and sales materials to support the sales team's efforts and enhance customer engagement.
Candidate profile :
- Education : Bachelor's degree
- Experience : 0-1 year experience in sales and marketing
- Age : 21 to 28 years

- Comfortable with work pressure
- Good communication skills
