Manager - Sales - Bancassurance - Insurance (1-10 yrs)
Purpose of role :
- These positions would be responsible for generating business through partnership firms. The positions would actively engage with branch network of partnership business and will work as the SPOC for AMHI in the respective location.
- These positions would be responsible for penetrating the branches through timely services/training etc. for increasing business.
- These positions would also work closely with the Sr. Manager/Manager partnership to implement business plan.
- These positions would work closely with cross functions to ensure 360 degree relationship management and support the Sr. Manager in providing effective MIS, ensuring TATs, support on training and other business related support.
- To look for cross sell/ up sell opportunities and retention as we progress
- To own the annual target and operate within the budget
Key responsibilities (describe the key deliverables of the role)
- Partnering with existing partnership firms to increase business month on month
- 360 degree support to the reporting Manager and relationship management
The job-holder is responsible for:
- To interact/train/service various branches/partnerships & generate the set sales target. Will be responsible for an individual target.
- Service requirements (Claim Post policy) of channel partners. Ensure timelines of operational processes and report back for changes when required so as to have policy documents within TATs to clients/branches. Also ensure PPC are on track and being co-ordinated and process followed by the TPA
