We are urgent hiring in life insurance sector.
- Channel : Corporate sales
- CTC :2.20 LPA to 3.20 LPA + incentive ( 2 years EXPERIENCE - BFSI )( Fix Package __ No Negotiable )
- Designation : Banca - Sales Manager
The Job Role and Responsibilities :
1. 100 % lead will be provided ( 100% field work)
2. Educate the Customer about the product
3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
4. To close the leads provided by Company
5. Lead Generate/ Lead Close
Required Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Able to do field work
- Proficiency in native language or English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Ability to manage a team, keep it motivated
- Result orientation
- Ability to spot and utilize opportunities
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Eligibility criteria
- Age : 25 to 35
- Education : graduation completed
- Location : respectively as per job location candidate
- Experience : more than 2 years any sales & marketing experience (currently working as sales filed )
