Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Job description :
- Proving pre and post-sales support.
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Banca team.
- To develop, agree and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Too Close, the Leads Provided by the Company.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience : 2 Years in Field Sales and Marketing and 2 Years in the insurance sector
- CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Education : Any Graduation
- Candidate : Local Candidate
- Good Communication Skill
