Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions And Responsibilities :
- Once delivered, customer leads must be phoned to set up appointments for sales visits in order to turn the lead into a sale.
- Ensuring that the company's goals are met in accordance with the criteria listed on the goal sheet
- Fieldwork to reach as many customers as possible
- Ensure that the business targets are met in accordance with the goal sheet provided. Drive business targets. Work on leads supplied by the company.
- Through your networks, find leads.
Candidate Profile :
- The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.
- Education Qualification : Graduate in any stream.
- Experience at 2 years of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
- Good communication skills
