Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description Form Profile: Sales Manager - Bancassurance
Purpose:
- To achieve budgeted target for the Office through team of CSOs
Location: Operating Office
Reporting to: Office Manager
Span of Control (Nos of Reportees ): Nil
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new channels (banks, NBFC)
- Servicing existing channels to increase the market share
- Recruiting team of CSOs based on the business potential of the channel
- Mapping Operating Offices /outlets (banks, franchisees of R trade, KARVY etc) to CSOs
- Training CSOs on products offered
- Supervision of CSOs and troubleshooting when required
- Organizing training for channels ( bank staff who are involved in selling / policy issuance )
- Planning activities for channels at the Office level
- Providing infrastructural support to channels for activities like sales promotion
- Relationship building with the channel partners staff
- Control on Cover Note recon and Cheque bouncing. o CRM Next Lead closure
- POS and Portal Training and Hand Holding of IMDs
- Constant co-ordination witho Underwriting team for policy approval.
- Office operations team for policy issuance.
- Service Centre claims team for claims settlement.
- Finance team for timely disbursement of agent's commission.

Qualification and Experience :
- MBA/Graduate - 0 to 6 years experience in Sales.
- Exposure in the general insurance field would be preferable.
