Job Description :
- We are seeking a Banca Assurance Manager to join our health insurance company in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for driving the sale of health insurance policies through the Banca channel. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales in the Banca assurance channel.
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of health insurance policies through the Banca channel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Banca partners and customers to achieve sales targets.
- Train and motivate Banca partners to promote and sell health insurance policies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase sales.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales in the Banca assurance channel.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
