We are hiring for Bancassurance Sales Manager.
Job description :
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
- Drive sales team activation through regular engagement with the Sales Manager of Bank
- Communicate agency performance levels including areas of concern to management
- Solving problems of existing customers and new clients
Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 1+ Year in Sales and Marketing of BFSI sector
- CTC: Up to 2.20 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
