Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Financial Services (2-6 yrs)
- The Bancassurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the bancassurance strategy for a financial services organization. The manager is tasked with increasing sales, profits, and market share for their employer's products and services, and with providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and executing a bancassurance strategy to ensure growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
- Researching various forms of insurance and assessing risk and potential profit
- Developing and managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate advice
- Developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional materials
- Negotiating contracts and working with underwriters
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of bancassurance products and services
- Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations
- Regularly attending training and industry events
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in bancassurance, finance, banking, or a related field
- Knowledge of banking and insurance regulations and legal compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
