Responsibilities :
- Drive life insurance sales through partner banks (Bancassurance).
- Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads.
- Conduct sales training and support lead conversion.
- Achieve sales targets, ensure policy renewals, and maintain persistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
