- To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in the acquisition of clients.
- Customer Requirement Gathering and Investigation for better consequence pitching.
- Handling Complaints and grievances and furnishing them with timely solutions.
- Guiding / mentoring new team associates with needed deliverables and company values.
- Work jointing with the Branch Manager on the Corporation Undertaking plan.
