Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Work on assigned leads and produce referrals with each client visit.
- Reach sales goals set by the company on a month-to-month basis.
- Based on the life cycle demands of the clients and as established by the organisation, cross-sell and up-sell Life Insurance products are made.
- Meeting with consumers to promote insurance products based on scheduled meetings while conducting daily business
- Make sure that customers' financial needs are thoroughly analyzed, then offer insurance options depending on the results.
- Strict adherence to the procedures and policies of the organization.
- Provide the reporting manager with accurate projections, updates, and requested reports.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Age is 21 to 38 Years
- Minimum 2 years of BFSI sales experience
