- Getting leads from allotted Bank and source business through direct marketing techniques.
- Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationship with customers in Bank.
- Following-up on leads of high net worth individuals
- Require high-involvement with work site activities, also require to prospect in assigned areas and make cold calls.
- Good Communication skills.
- Should be 22-32 years old with expert knowledge of the field
- Self-driven, dynamic personality committed to meeting targets
Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business related field from a recognized university.
- Any graduate
- Proven sales track record within Banking, MFI, Insurance and related industries will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Credit Analysis and Monitoring, Financial Accounting as well as general knowledge of Banking Policies and Procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team worker with great attention to detail.
- Results oriented, self-driven with a proven performance track record
- Maximum age 32 not more than that
