Hiring For a Leading Life Insurance Company for Bancassurance
- CTC : Upto 4.50 lpa + inc + rem
- Experience : Min 1 year in Life Insurance sales and BFSI Sales.
- Qualification: Min Graduation is Mandatory
- Role : Sales Manager
- Channel : Bancassurance channel
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Reach and surpass sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis using the Banca channel.
- To guarantee seamless sales, establish and preserve solid connections with banking partners.
- Respond to incoming and outgoing calls from banking clients, turning leads into sales.
- Adopt and carry out sales tactics to advertise life insurance policies through bank branches.
- To increase cross-selling potential, give banking staff members product training and sales support.
- Monitor and report on sales performance on a regular basis, taking note of pipeline and conversion rates.
- Respond to consumer questions about life insurance policies and make sure they have a good experience.
- Ensure that all sales procedures follow legal and compliance requirements.
