Manager - Sales - B2B Vertical (7-10 yrs)
Sales Manager
Role and Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and grow project revenue, responsible for profitability, including sales, margins, billing, seat occupancy, and customer retention.
- Managing up to 6 Operations Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Maintaining client relationships; supporting open communication, understanding client perspectives, and expectations; monitoring client satisfaction
- Developing and expanding the account in coordination with clients and business development
- Annalise and maintain all client service level agreements; implement PIPs as required.
- Support the team with Sales Spirit and approaches for optimizing the distribution channels
- Select, train, develop and manage the performance of Direct Reports and their Direct Reports; including scheduling and assigning staff work following organizational policies and applicable laws
- Create a positive work environment through employee satisfaction; resolve employee relations issues in a professional and timely manner
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to review information from operational support functions - T&Q, PS, Quality, WFM, TA and collaborate to determine action plans that resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
Key skills & knowledge :
- Completed university studies in a related field (a business major is desirable)
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in fast-paced, scalable operations in either a B2B sales or social media, or marketing environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate large, high-performing B2B sales teams
- Experience in planning and implementing B2B sales and/or marketing strategies
- Significant experience in managing international stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure results
- Experience to work in a highly flexible working environment and ability to change business needs quickly
- Works well under pressure and carries work through to completion while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Ability to effectively present information to internal and external audiences
- Flexibility with regard to working hours and shift patterns
- Excellent (business) English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1)
- Growth and scale up mindset
- Open to acquiring right to work document
