The B2B Sales Support Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the B2B sales team. This role involves managing processes and systems that facilitate efficient sales operations, ensuring alignment with sales goals, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Process Management :

Develop, implement, and refine sales support processes and procedures. Oversee the management of sales tools and systems, including CRM software. Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Team Coordination :

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure they have the resources and support needed to meet their targets. Provide training and support on sales processes, tools, and best practices. Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments, such as marketing and customer service.

Customer Relationship Management :

Assist in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analysis :

Generate and review regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and other relevant metrics. Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.

Administrative Support :
