Manager - Sales - B2B Services - Recruitment/HR Solutions/Services (4-7 yrs)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be working with our Team & will be responsible for New Sales Leads to grow our Client base. The Goal is to contribute to grow our strategic leads to achieve long-term success.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales leads through subscribed databases, publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, events, referrals, and follow-up calls
2. Schedule and conduct qualification calls for prospects in a clear and compelling way with a high level of passion for our solutions
3. Achieve monthly sales targets such as a number of demos scheduled, qualified opportunities, weekly activities, and appointment setting.
4. Acquire research and further contact information where needed
5. Manage leads and develop strong relationships
6. Communicate regularly with colleagues, management, and potential prospects
7. Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with them
8. Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline
Desired Skills :
1. 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management
2. Great communication, listening, negotiating, presenting, and influencing abilities
3. High energy with the desire and ability to grow and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
4. Highly disciplined in approach and familiar with sales management tools and CRM
Industry expertise either in software, human capital management technology, staffing, or recruiting industry sales
5. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
6. A strong propensity to take initiative; thrive on change and ambiguity
7. Ability to play well with members of your team through collaboration and sharing of learned insights
