Manager - Sales - B2B Management/Staffing Firm (8-10 yrs)

- The startup caters to a wide audience of large business houses to SMEs and other startups. They bring their knowledge and expertise in strategizing complex projects, overcoming business barriers and introducing best practices.
- They have coached entrepreneurs to build or revive their startup and as a result, they recently partnered with the Government of India (GOI) under the Skill India program.
- The consultancy has an impressive list of clienteles using their services. In collaboration with GOI, they are looking forward to expanding their training program to universities.
- The founder and CEO is an accomplished business leader with more than 2 decades of experience in optimizing business, transforming organizations and increasing revenue. He is using his skills through the consultancy to give back to society.
- As the Sales Manager, you will Generate Leads and Close Sales, meet Revenue and Number Targets on a Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis.
What you will do :
- Developing new relationships with Large Corporate Houses .
- Engaging with the Corporate CEOs /HR & Staffing Heads to sell the product .
- Liaising with the Partners and Other affiliates to enhance business and cross functional tie Ups for Revenue growth .
- Building the business from scratch to a 50 Cr business in 1 year .
- Building a team to deliver sales numbers .
Required Candidate profile :
What you need to have:
- Female candidates preferred
- 8 to 10 years of hardcore B2B sales experience in the Staffing Industry
- She should be ready to work in a start up environment and willing to travel across India
- Fire in the belly to earn and grow is a must
- She should be a team player and lead from the front like an entrepreneur in creating the Staffing Sales Vertical.
- Must have handled large Corporate Houses
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
