Key Account Manager Skills and Abilities :
- Ability to understand, present and demonstrate Audio, Visual collaboration products and services to end user customers.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

Key Account Manager Education and/or Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in B2B sales in a related industry.
- Demonstrated track record of selling Video Conferencing, Managed Services, and Network Infrastructure business preferred, at least 3 years- experience of direct selling in the AV/VTC area is a preferred.
