Manager - Sales - Automotive (2-5 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Complete responsibilities of Sales & Operations of Green Truck (which includes Mobile Van, Exhibitions, and Online etc.)
- Visit locations on field and validate the sales on daily basis.
- Identify new locations for moving truck to suitable place
- Co-ordinate with Gated apartment security and get permits to park the truck in their apartments, colonies.
- Achieve & Monitor the daily sales vs targets set.
- Understand & Analyze the sales trending and take the corrective steps
- Co-ordinate with DC supervisor and SCM Manager and ensure availability of complete stocks on the truck.
- The entire team of support staff like the Supervisors, CSA Driver will report to the Sales Manager on daily basis.
- Any shortage/ pilferage of stocks should be monitored.
- Interact with the front end customers, take feed backs and pass it on to management.
- Any and all other responsibilities related to company Truck sales
Required Skills:
Candidate: - Male / Female around 28-30 years, with two wheeler (mandatory) It will be a field job.
Qualification:-Graduate, with hand on knowledge of computer, general software and MIs reports. English, Hindi, Telugu must
Experience: - 4 to 5 years preferably in FMCG retails like the Big Bazar, Ratnadeep, Heritage etc. Handling sales team of about 10 and responsible for their performance and achieve targets
