Manager - Sales - Automobile Works (15-30 yrs)
The candidate should be able to run our multi brand car service centre independently as a profit centre and promote and market it to increase sales and profitability
Job details :
- Excellent knowledge of automobiles and its maintenance schedules, servicing and repairs.
- Vast experience in sales and business development so as to increase sales and footfall of the service centre.
- To provide excellent customer service by attending to customers properly and executing their works in a satisfactory manner.
- Creating SOPs for managing the service centre and introducing best practices to increase sales like undertaking feedback calls, service reminder calls and sending whatsapp messages to establish brand recall value.
- Sourcing of material/items and spare parts. Negotiating and managing the vendors for terms of trade like margins and payment terms.
- Hiring, motivating and training staff like supervisor, mechanics and other staff members of service centre.
- Prepare management reports, fund flow statements and p&l to ascertain the health of the service station and achieve monthly targets and take corrective actions wherever required.
