Job Description:
- Working in close coordination with the manufacturers to understand the market requirement and develop/ improvise the product offering to penetrate into this segment for the region.
- Work with the business development team to develop new opportunities in corporates and work closely with the key accounts team to identify opportunities in our existing customers and drive numbers thru them.
- Work with strategic partner accounts and sales group to maximize fleet potential
Collaborate with partners to develop and execute against a go-to market strategy.
- Support customer acquisition, conversion and retention targets for each partner account
Help to deliver partner communications, develop joint collateral, and strategically manage joint events.
- Be the single point of contact for the partner for region and bring in resources from marketing, product, and support as necessary.
- Become an expert on our product, our competition and the markets in which we compete in region.
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities.
- Conducting training for all the channels and team on product, policy and market changes
Managing business promotional activities with channels
- Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio
Keeping close watch on competitor product, policy and market strategy.
- Managing the products through the product life cycle for optimum performance.
- Analyse product's situation to identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Provides quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
