- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all new-vehicle sales employees.
- Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the new vehicle sales department.
- Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.
- The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team and achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
