Manager - Sales - Automation Solution (5-15 yrs)
Role Description :
- As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Kemar Automation, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the manufacturing sector, with a particular focus on industries such as Steel, Cement, Pharma, Automotive, and Ports, both in India and overseas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize your proven track record in sales and marketing to identify, develop, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the manufacturing industry.
- Craft innovative and tailored automation solutions to meet the unique needs of clients in steel, cement, Pharma, Automotive, and Ports, across India and overseas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of automation solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Software Sales, Sales Management, Customer Service, and Negotiation skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically within solution sales to manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated success in selling automation solutions to clients in the Steel, Cement, Pharma, Automotive, or Ports sector.
- Experience in sales and customer service in the industrial automation industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend conferences.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically within solution sales to manufacturing industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
