Manager - Sales - Automation Product (5-11 yrs)
SKILLS REQUIRED 1. Experience in Corporate Sales of office automation products.
2. Experience in handling a sales team, and driving the team towards achievement of the targets.
3. Should be Smart, Aggressive & Good Communication Skills.
4. Should be customer-focused.
5. Should be able to travel within the local/ assigned territory.
6. Should have good analytical skills.
7. We should have strong knowledge and experience of selling printers/ scanner/ photocopiers.
8. Should have experience of handling a team.
9. Experience in Planning and Strategizing Sales.
JOB PROFILE 1. Responsible for achieving Sales target for assigned region territory
2. Managing a team of Territory manager & Major Accounts Manager.
3. Evaluate the performance of sales employees and provide developmental inputs through counseling and coaching.
4. Ensuring proper sales order is raised in the ERP system.
5. Achieve assigned box and revenue targets.
6. Evaluate customer's requirements / potential.
7. Provide alternative solutions proposals focused on customer's needs.
8. Provide guidance and on job inputs/ training for skill/ performance enhancement of branch sales team/ dealers.
9. Recruit, induct and maintain field sales force.
10. Plan and execute a productive territory coverage plan.
11. Analyze field data/reports and implement improvements in sales processes.
12. Adhere to sales support program guidelines as per schedule.
13. Gather market intelligence on competition product services, coverage pricing, and sales strategies.
14. Practice and implement customer relationship management systems and processes.
15. Review and analyze customer feedback on products and services and take preventive/corrective actions.
16. Review adherence to policies, systems, and processes.
