Manager - Sales - Auto/Auto Parts/Ancillary (3-8 yrs)

- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and areas for growth.

- Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery and beyond.

- Manage vehicle inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and variety to meet customer demand.

- Monitor aging inventory, implement pricing strategies, and coordinate promotions to maximize sales and inventory turnover.

- Streamline sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Implement best practices for lead management, follow-up, and conversion to maximize sales opportunities and customer retention.

- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for senior management, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Stay informed about new product launches, incentives, and promotional programs to leverage in sales efforts.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
