Manager - Sales - Apparel Store (2-5 yrs)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager for our apparel store. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This leadership role requires a passion for fashion, team development, and a strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints, assisting with product selection, and maintaining store standards.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Train and develop staff, ensuring adherence to store policies, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Manage store budgets, including payroll and expense control.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement marketing strategies and promotional events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in apparel or fashion.
