Manager - Sales - Apparel (3-6 yrs)
As a Sales Manager you will lead the sales function. You will work to the objective of maximizing the sales volume and profitability of the brand Rentiyo. The Sales Manager will lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service towards creating Rentiyo as the most loved apparel brand.
The key Roles and Responsibilities will be as follows :
1. P & L Responsibility
a. Keeping an eye on commercials and ensuring the brand achieves the target GC for every collection.
b. Implementing the sales and distribution strategy in the region or area to which the incumbent is assigned
c. Creating the annual sales and distribution plan for MBO (Multibrand outlet),online marketplaces, EBU, to deliver the corporate objectives
d. Preparing the sales plans/forecasts - annual/monthly, on time
e. Monitor the sales targets, track low performing stores and initiate action plans to improve the performance
2. Channel Relationship management
a. Maintaining relationship with all channel partners like market places, mediator agencies and Stores.
b. Curating channel wise monthly reports
c. Channel wise feedback on RENTIYO collections and feeding back to the Merchandising team
d. Identify and finalize stores for network expansion, create a clear expansion plan in line with projections for the region
e. Managing replenishment for distributors, dealers
3. Market Trends & Competition Activity
a. Monitor market trends and Submit monthly reports
b. Map out competition activity
c. Submit monthly reports that will have a snapshot of global trends, competition activity and market analysis
d. Provide inputs to the marketing team for devising dealer promos and driving the implementation of the same
e. Monitor and track all competitor activities and provide information and proposed tactical action plans when necessary.
4. MIS & Reporting
a. Creating reports related to Daily/ weekly/monthly plans and achievements, Forecasts, Outstanding status, market information etc to generate suitable action
b. Minimize sales returns through proper forecasts and effective distribution of stocks
c. Improve sell through per store as per sell targets
d. Prepare the profitability plans for individual stores and monitor the same
5. CRM & Customer relationship
a. Check consumer satisfaction index on a regular bases
b. Plan retention strategy and consumer engagement program
c. Generating management information on time
d. Do consumer dipsticks and find new insights to improvise the product
e. Do online surveys to gather information regarding product ideas, any wardrobes woes.
f. Have an expert panel to bounce off your new collection
