Manager - Sales - Apartment Complex/Societies Vertical - IT (2-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Drive Sales of IoT based product in residential societies.
- Own end to end client relationships from sales to delivery, inciting trust and faith in consumers.
- Manage relationships with Channel partner, internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive new initiatives with clients in their territory/cluster, visualizing and being key stakeholders in this venture.
Ideal Candidate
- 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Ability to find new leads, make channel partners, prospect for new clients by networking, cold emailing, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Consultative Sales experience with multiple stakeholders / decision makers.
- Willing to travel extensively, organized, and self- motivated.
- Ability to always maintain a strong funnel and sell a tech product on the go.
Would be helpful to have:
- MBA preferred.
- Have previously worked in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience and existing relationships with RWA's & Builders would be an added advantage.
- Working proficiency in local language & knowledge of territory.
