Job Description :
- Participate in the sales strategy planning & execution
- Improve pre-sales engagement to ensure higher conversions
- Achieve the business targets for the client acquisition both in terms of quantity & quality
- Coordinate with marketing team to improve & expand lead origination
- Regular sales MIS reporting on the CRM
- Nurture and manage new team members under your leadership
- Rigorous and disciplined follow ups with your old as well as new leads
- Ensure lasting business relationships with colleagues, clients
Job Skills :
- 3 to 6 years sales experience with domestic as well as international client engagement.
- Customer first attitude and ensure world class treatment to all prospective leads
- Ability to communicate smoothly with prospects from various geographies while respecting cultural sensitivities
- Ability to handle perform even in pressure situations
- Great Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team to meet their targets
