Manager - Sales - AIDC Solutions (3-8 yrs)
Sales Manager
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing and new client base by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Generate Leads
- Private as well as Govt sector.
- Business Acquisition
- Calling and setting up meetings, identifying accounts, sending proposals, give presentations, schedule appointments, follow up, negotiation for closures, accounts receivable.
- Develop Partners and work closely with System Integrators.
- Manage internal and external stake holders.
- Achieve Quarterly Sales Targets.
- Should be good at following up with latest suitable Tenders and prepare submissions.
- Candidate should be willing to travel extensively.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
Skill Sets :
- Candidate should have an experience of selling AIDC Solutions in Logistics, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Supply Chain Domain.
- Presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in English
- Good prospecting skills and ability to generate Leads
- Hands-on experience on MS office.
- Should be able to make proposals independently
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
