Job Title : Sales Manager - Agency Vertical

Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Agency Vertical sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with agencies, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and expand relationships with agencies in order to boost sales revenue.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to meet sales targets.

- Create and implement sales strategy to expand and enter new markets.

- Conduct market research and trend analysis to uncover new business prospects.

- To provide excellent customer service, collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success.

- Senior management should be monitoring and reporting on sales performance measures.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with important stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry, competitors, and market trends.

- Provide feedback to top management on industry trends, product demands, and customer requirements.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3+ years of field sales and marketing experience.

- 2+ years of sales team leadership experience required.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Excellent people management and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing business needs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.

- Capability to travel as needed.

Salary : 3 LPA To 4 LPA + Incentives
