Job Title : Life Insurance - Agency Channel Manager
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Life Insurance Agency Vertical Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance, and experience managing and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and put into action strategic plans to meet growth and profitability goals for the life insurance agent sector.
- Develop and maintain connections with important partners, such as agency executives and top producers, to promote business growth.
- Evaluate market trends and the competitive environment to find areas for expansion and distinction.
- Ensure the aims and objectives of a group of agency relationship managers by leading and managing the group.
- Work together to develop and put into action initiatives to spur development with cross-functional teams from underwriting, product, and marketing.
- Along with agency partners, conduct routine business evaluations to find areas for improvement and create action plans to solve them.
- To keep track of goals' progress and make required strategy adjustments, track key performance indicators and report on them.
- Keep abreast on industry trends, rules.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3 years minimum of experience in the field sales & Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance market, including its products, routes of distribution, and rivals.
- Proven track record of promoting profitability and growth within the life insurance agency sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with the capacity to forge close bonds with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to use data and possess strong analytical abilities to make sound business judgements.
