- As a Sales Manager in the Agency Channel, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving the success of our sales team. Your role involves overseeing and motivating a team of Life Insurance Agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You will play a crucial role in strategizing, implementing, and monitoring sales initiatives to ensure the growth and profitability of the agency.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Life Insurance Agents to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the agency's reach and market presence.
- Recruit and onboard new agents, providing comprehensive training and guidance.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as established by the agency.
- Build and maintain a client base by establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and offering personalized insurance recommendations.
Candidates Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
