We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team at Agency Channel Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance products and services, with a proven track record of sales success. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and helping them find the insurance policies that best meet their needs

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new client relationships through prospecting and referrals

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations

- Sell various types of insurance policies to clients - Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance policies and regulations

- Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve company goals

- Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed

Desired candidate profile:

- Min 3 year experiences sales and marketing

- Must be graduation

- Local candidate

- Age: 25 to 33 years

- CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
