Job Title: Sales Manager - Agency Channel
Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager for the Agency Channel, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of agents to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and build a team of agents to meet sales and income targets.
- Provide agents with training, support, and assistance to help them improve their sales skills and reach their goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with important clients and stakeholders in order to achieve business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them;
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; and
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and other key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the agency channel
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
Salary : 3 LPA To 4 LPA + Incentives
