Job Title : Sales Manager - Agency Insurance

Job Summary :

- The Sales Manager - Agency Insurance is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents in an agency setting. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring agents, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish sales targets and create sales tactics to meet organizational objectives.

- To maximize their performance and spur income development, provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a group of insurance agents.

- Agent performance will be tracked and evaluated, and any necessary improvements will be made after receiving feedback.

- Building connections : Develop and maintain connections with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders to improve the agency's standing and provide new business prospects.

- Work together with insurers to iron out details, fix problems, and make sure business is running well.

- Manage the agency's daily operations, including receiving claims, processing policies, managing sales activities, and keeping accurate records.

- Ensure that all corporate and industry policies are followed, and implement process changes to boost productivity.

Qualifications :

- Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3 years experience in field sales and marketing.

- A track record of exceeding sales goals and generating revenue increase

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide, coach, and inspire a group of people

- Awareness of market trends, industry rules, and insurance goods

- Being able to analyse sales data, recognise trends, and offer advice based on data

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
