Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Team Management : Recruit, onboard, and train a team of insurance agents. Provide continuous coaching, motivation, and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Sales Target Achievement : Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor their performance regularly. Take necessary actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Business Development : Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency channel's reach and increase the number of active agents in your team.
- Training and Development : Conduct regular training sessions for agents to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer relationship management.
- Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty towards the company.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies while conducting sales activities.
- Performance Analysis : Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Age : 22 To 38
