Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As an Agency Channel Representative at an insurance company, your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents who will sell the company's insurance products to customers. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit new agency partners and expand the agency network.
- Train and onboard agency partners on insurance products, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to agency partners to help them meet their sales targets and enhance their productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of agency partners and provide feedback on their sales performance and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting, claims, and marketing to ensure effective communication and coordination with agency partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and product development
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
