Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As an Agency Channel Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to individuals and businesses through the agency channel. You will work closely with a team of sales professionals to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and identify potential clients in the agency channel
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients to retain their business
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to build a book of business
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other activities in a CRM system
- Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and the community
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
