Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Agency Channel Executive in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and building a team of highly skilled insurance agents to sell life insurance policies in the Chennai region.
- Providing training and support to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service to ensure that they are equipped to meet their targets.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet business objectives and achieve revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with agents and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitoring sales performance and providing regular feedback and coaching to agents to help them achieve their targets.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Qualifications -:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the life insurance industry and its regulatory environment.
