Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
- We have openings in the agency channel for the insurance sector.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Leading a team of 8-10 people
- Increasing the team's sales productivity and hitting sales goals
- Support direct reports in-the-field by participating in calls with them and giving coaching and performance-based feedback.
- Cross-selling and upselling products based on the life cycle needs of the customers; responsibility for branch-level capacity building; experience in sales and marketing for at least three years in the insurance industry; cold calling with a team member.
- Provide your team with the proper guidance.
- Driving Sales
- Consistently surpass the anticipated sales goal with the help of your own team of advisors.
- Manage team performance and output
- Continually assess output and boost team performance.
Leadership :
- Manage and provide leadership to the group of advisors.
- Mentoring and Training
- Provide training, monitor the team's advisors' developmental needs, and give performance feedback.
- Provide your team with the proper guidance.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Any Graduation (Compulsory)
- Sales Experience needed
Age : 38 Below
- Good Communication Skill
- Presentation Skill
