Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
- Prospect,meet & convert potential customers to consistently achieve sales target.
- Recruit good quality Agency Leaders and Advisors by them.
- Collection of necessary documents and ensuring attendance of prospective Advisors and Agency Leaders in the training program.
- Train the Agency Leaders and Advisors through classroom and on the job training (accompanying them on sales calls, doing mock presentation, etc) to help them achieve targets.
- Achieve business target
- Plan and implement achievement of sales target month after month by setting individual target for each of the Agency Leaders and Advisors in the team taking into consideration the Advisors potential and the total business target.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team of Agency Leaders and Advisors
- Sustain the team through personal examples and conducting motivational sessions,feedback programs etc.
